The transition into motherhood is massive!
Unless you have been there, it is impossible to truly grasp how all-encompassing it really is. It is beautiful, magical, and filled with love—but it is also deeply exhausting, draining, and isolating. As mothers, it is so easy to give and keep giving until our own cups are completely empty. We spend our days running on empty, packing the nappy bag, and taking our babies to sensory play centres or playgroups completely focused on them.
But what about you?
When do you get a moment to just breathe, drop your shoulders, and rest? This program was born out of a desire to change that. Created in a unique partnership between Hannah, founder of Therapy For U Sydney, and Heather, founder of MultiRay, this one-of-a-kind experience is designed to nurture both of you simultaneously while building a deeply heartfelt, local community. This isn't another loud, chaotic playgroup where you sit on the sidelines. It is a clinical and holistic morning ritual designed to help you and your baby co-regulate, bond, and transition from postpartum survival mode into shared calm.
