Self-defence starts long before anything gets physical.

For teen girls, feeling safe isn't only about knowing how to fight.

It's noticing when something feels off.

Understanding what's happening in your body. Trusting your gut, getting boundaries, staying regulated under pressure - and knowing how to act.

That's what we train at MultiRay.

How We Train

You might be wondering...

A few things parents often ask before their daughter joins us.

No. Physical Self-defence is only a part of what we practice. We also work on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, relationships, trusting your instincts and community.

That's completely okay. She doesn't need to arrive confident - building confidence is part of the practice. We keep groups intentionally small to give the girls space to participate at their own pace.
