Big feelings are natural
Let's give them the skills to navigate them
Choose the next step that feels right
Emotional regulation doesn't mean calm all the time.
It means having the skills to understand and move through what you're feeling.
Anger. Excitement. Frustration. Worry. Disappointment. Joy.
We help children notice what's happening, understand what their body is communicating and practice healthy ways to respond.
Because the goal isn't a child who is calm all the time.
It's a child who knows what to do when they're not.
Growing up takes practice
Children aren't born knowing how to navigate big feelings, friendships, setbacks or new challenges. These are skills they learn, mirror and practice.
Emotional Regulation
Notice big feelings. Understand body cues. Find a way through.
Friendships & Boundaries
Connect with others. Communicate clearly. Know when and how to say now.
Confidence
Trying new things. Speak up. Trust themselves.
Resilience
Face challenges. Solve problems. Growth through failure.

Classes combine movement, discussion, games, and practical activities. Children explore a weekly theme, practice regulation andresilience skills, move their bodies, take on challenges and reflect on what they've learnt.
Absolutely. Children don't need to arrive confident - that's part of what we're here to build. We keep groups supportive and give children space to participate at their own pace.
It's not. Weuse elements of movement and martial arts because they're brilliant ways to practice confidence, body awareness, boundaries and resilience - but we equally focus on conversations, creativity and self-reflection.
No - because emotional regulation doesn't mean being calm all the time. We help children recognise what they're feeling and build practical ways to respond when emotions get big.
