Choose your weekly class: Tuesdays / Thursdays 3:30–4:30pm

Investment: $590 for the full term — $59 per session

Through movement, mindfulness, creativity and self-defence, children build emotional awareness, confidence and resilience in a welcoming small-group environment.

Because the goal isn’t a child who is calm all the time. It’s a child who knows what to do when they’re not.
